(MHI), announced today that it has received an order from Samsung C&T Corporation Saudi Arabia to provide its M501JAC combined-cycle (CCGT) hydrogen-ready gas turbine for a new industrial steam and electricity cogeneration plant project in Saudi Arabia developed by a consortium led by Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), one of the largest listed integrated utility companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and JERA Co., Inc., Japan's largest power generation company. The new plant will produce electricity and steam for a petrochemical complex located in Jubail in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The new, 475 megawatt (MW) cogeneration power plant will be developed by a special purpose entity owned by TAQA (51%) and JERA (49%) and it will power the Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) Strategic Expansion. SATORP is a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies. 按照国际财务报告会计准则,公司上半年实现营业收入人民币1.58万亿元;本公司股东应占利润为人民币370.79亿元,同比增长2.6%;基本每股收益人民币0.307元,同比增长2.0%。按中国会计准则,归属于母公司股东的净利润为人民币357.03亿元,同比增长1.7%;基本每股收益人民币0.296元,同比增长1.0%。 公司董事会决定按中期分红比例上限派发现金股利每股人民币0.146元(含税),按中国会计准则计算,中期分红比例达49.8%。同时,董事会批准股份回购方案,积极维护公司价值。 公司董事会批准“提质增效重回报”行动方案,并提议未来三年(2024年-2026年)公司每年现金分红比例不低于65%,与股东分享发展成果。 公司上半年油气当量产量2.58亿桶油当量,同比增长3.1%,其中,天然气产量7,006亿立方英尺,同比增长6.0%;加工原油1.27亿吨,同比增长0.1%;成品油总经销量达1.19亿吨,同比增长2.1%;乙烯产量649.6万吨。 经营业绩回顾: 2024年上半年,中国经济延续回升向好态势,中国国内生产总值(GDP)同比增长5.0%。据本公司统计,境内天然气需求快速增长,表观消费量同比增长10%;受柴油需求下降影响,境内成品油消费量同比下降0.5%;境内主要化工产品需求保持增长,乙烯当量消费量同比增长4.3%。2024年上半年,国际原油价格宽幅震荡,普氏布伦特原油现货均价为84.1美元/桶,同比上涨5.3%。 勘探及开发板块
